Keyboard Language

You can configure your StarBook Ultra with the keyboards listed. All Linux distributions we offer pre-installed will prompt you to select your input language the first time you turn it on. You can also change this in the future from the Settings window. Currently, we aren't able to offer any additional or custom layouts. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when new options are available.

Intel® Ultra 7
Your StarBook Ultra will come with a 1.40GHz 16-core Intel® Ultra 7 165H, Turbo Boost up to 5.00GHz by default. The processor is on-board, so you will not be able to upgrade it at a later date.
Operating System
Ubuntu LTS 24.04.1
The StarBook Ultra is built specifically for Linux. You can choose from a selection of pre-installed distributions, including Ubuntu, elementary OS, Linux Mint, Manjaro and Zorin OS. If you prefer something else, you can choose to have no operating system installed. You can easily change the installed Linux distribution using a USB flash drive.

Your StarBook Ultra will charge via the USB-C port or the DC Jack and comes with a 65W USB-C charger. It includes one detachable plug, and you choose from UK, Europe, Australia and the USA. You can purchase additional plugs.
Memory
32GB
Your StarBook Ultra will come with 32GB 5600 MT/s memory (2 × 16GB) by default. You can upgrade this to 96GB 5600 MT/s memory (2 × 48GB). You can upgrade or replace the memory whenever you want as it is removable.
Storage
1TB SSD
Your StarBook Ultra will come with 1TB Gen4 PCIe SSD storage by default, which features a sequential read speed of up to 7000MB/s. Over-provisioning increases performance and IOPS (Input/Output Operations per Second) whilst enhancing reliability and endurance. You can configure it with 4TB Gen4 PCIe SSD storage, giving you more storage capacity and increased performance with sequential read speeds up to 7000MB/s. You can upgrade or replace the SSD; this requires a small Philips screwdriver.
Charge Cable
USB-C 3.1 (2m)
Your StarBook Ultra will include a USB-C Charge Cable (2m) by default. You can select alternative length, as these cables are available in either 2-metre or 5-metre lengths. We have a full range of accessories available.

Your StarBook Ultra will come with everything you need. We have accessories such as recovery drives, which you can use to recover or re-install the Operating System. We have a full range of accessories available.
